a third party and has not authorized a third party to act as
its agent for any purpose.

Information that Orchestra publishes on the World Wide Web may
contain links to other sites. Orchestra makes no representations
about any other web site that you may access through this site.
Unless expressly stated in writing, Orchestra does not endorse

the content of any information published on the site of any

"Cookies"
Orchestra web site uses web browser "cookies" which
are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser
on your computer's hard drive. Orchestra uses cookies just with
one purpose: store the user's current session information. This
must be done since HTTP is a stateless protocol. When used this
way cookies are setup by our server with a limited lifetime
after which they are useless. Orchestra never stores personal
information on cookies, just a randomly generated numeric string.

can still use most of the features in Orchestra.
Applicable Law
Orchestra's service and e-commerce agreements, and these disclaimers,
terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed according
to Spanish law. Place of jurisdiction will be Madrid (Spain).
APPLICABLE TAXES
Orchestra Systems S.L., is a company registered in Spain.
- For clients of all countries except those countries that
are members of the European Union:
According to Spanish tax legislation, you or your company are not required to pay
any type of tax in Spain when you contract Orchestra's services. You will
only be responsible for taxes in your own country.
- For clients of countries that are members of the European
Union, excluding Spain (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy,
Luxembourg, Holland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden):
You or your company will not have to pay tax of any kind in Spain when you contract
Orchestra's services, as long as you use those services for professional reasons.
Otherwise, a 16% VAT charge will be applied to the final price of the service. You
will also be responsible for taxes in your own country.
- For clients in Spain
According to Spanish tax legislation, you or your company will be charged a 16%
VAT on the final price of the service.
PRIVACY OF INFORMATION
Orchestra is absolutely committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality
of your documents. We use the information you provide for the purpose of completing
your project and to offer you the best possible service.
How is your information used?
- First and foremost, to process translation orders and to keep your account
up to date.
- Occasionally, we will use it to inform you of any functional changes
to Orchestra or its services or of special promotions we feel might interest you.
If you do not want to receive this kind of information, you can choose to be removed
from our databases.
- Orchestra will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone.
Orchestra reserves the right to collect anonymous statistics about clients, sales,
network traffic and other aspects of the service; these statistics are collective
and never contain information that identifies you personally.
Confidentiality
- Orchestra wishes to establish a collaboration with its clients based on the translation,
interpretation or localization of its clients' documentation and information, which
may be confidential or private.
- All documentation delivered by clients to Orchestra, whether technical,
commercial or any other, and whether provided orally, graphically, in written or
magnetic format or any other, will be treated as confidential information.
- Confidential information delivered to Orchestra will be saved
and handled in a secure and reliable manner.
- Orchestra will not deliver or supply this confidential information,
in whole or in part, to third parties, without client's prior consent.
- Orchestra will use this confidential information solely for the
purpose of its translation, proofreading, editing or localization, or to perform
any other necessary activity in accordance with its work flows.
- Orchestra will restrict access to this confidential information
to employees and collaborators of Orchestra that are necessary for its processing.
- Orchestra will return all confidential information that a client
has provided if the client so wishes. The client will be responsible for any mailing
costs that arise.
Your consent
By accessing this site, you accept Orchestra's privacy policy. Any changes
made to our privacy policy will be published on this page to ensure that you have
complete, up-to-date information.
I want to be erased from Orchestra's databases
You can choose to be erased from our databases if you no longer want to receive news
or information from Orchestra. Once you take this action, we will not contact you
