Once we have recieved your document, we will fully translate or edit and proof-read only, if it's already written in english. We also perform sworn translations upon request.

If you feel your project has some fairly complicated twists and turns, you can choose to have a Project Manager assist you at no additional cost. To do this, click on Project Manager , then fill in and submit the form. It's that simple!

Keep in mind that at Orchestra.es we DO NOT generate your translations using software. What we provide is a team of experienced translators and editors who will manage and supervise your translations online from our office in Madrid. What Languages Do You Specialize in?
We will translate your documents from: english, English, French, Portuguese, Italian or German, into english. Also, at no additional cost, you can request your translation in either Penninsular or Latin American english, according to the needs of your target audience.

Why Does Orchestra.es only specialize in these 5 Languages (English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese)?
We find it difficult to implement our Formula for Quality Mangement for languages other then these 5, though we are working to increase the number and variety of languages we offer.

Which Electronic Formats Do You Support?
We support the most widely-used Desktop Publishing and electronic file formats for PC, Mac and the Internet. Below is a list of the formats most commonly requested by our clients. If the format you require is not on the list, please consult with a Project Manager. And don't worry: Unless you indicate otherwise, we will return the text in the same format and version as the original at no additional charge.

• Electronic Documents: MS Office (complete); WordPerfect; Adobe Acrobat
• Desktop Publishing: QuarkXpress
• Others: TXT; HTML; RTF; Unicode.

What happens to My Paper Documents?
At Orchestra.es we feel it's best to work with documents in electronic format because: 1. this facilitates translation and project management; 2. it allows us to keep costs low 3. to preserve the integrity of your document(s) and, most importantly, this way we can gaurantee you the highest quality translation.

The fee for original documents on paper is $0.15 per word in english. If you would like more information about pricing, please see Prices.

When you send us paper documents, please remember that:

• We will return your document(s) in either Word 97 or Word 95.
• We will do everything possible to maintain your documents' original format, i.e., pagination, columns, fonts, etc.
• If you choose to fax us your document, you can help us by sending a clear, error-free original. If you decide not to fax, please send your document(s) by messenger or regular mail.

What Happens to My Document's Original Format?
At Orchestra.es we do everything possible to preserve your documents' original format. We've instructed our team of translators to overwrite the original text with the translated version. This way we can maintain the original layout, style, fonts, etc., of your document(s). There is no extra charge for this.

What Areas of Translation do You Specialize in?

Web Page/Site Translation
We will translate your web page and return it to you without changing in any way the original HTML codes. Provide us with your URL's or web page(s) through Order Your Translation in 2 Easy Steps. Sworn Translations
We offer sworn translations valid only in Spain, and we can also obtain The Hague Apostille, should you need to present your document internationally. To request a sworn translation or to obtain the Hague Apostille, please consult with one of our Project Managers.

Editing, Proof-Reading and Document Localization
In addition to proof-reading and editing your documents already written in english, we will also localize and adapt your documents from Peninsular english into Latin American english or vice-versa: This process is known as Document Localization. The price of proof-reading, edting and localization depends on the quality of the translated document you send. Please contact one of our Project Managers to get an exact quote. What if My Translation is URGENT?
if need your translation in a hurry, just click on Order Your Translation in 2 Easy Steps and you can have your document back to you in a third of the time it takes for a standard one.
