Why is there a difference in price for electonic vs. paper documents?

Two Reasons:

1.- Working with electronic documents is the only way to ensure you the highest quality results. So we must put paper documents in electronic format, and this can be time-consuming.

2.- After translating a paper document, we make absolutely sure that the new, electronic format is indistinguishable from that of the original on paper.

How do I calculate the cost to translate a document in electronic format?
First you will need to count the number of words your document has. The program in which you've created the document can do this for you. Enter that number into the appropiate field on the Quick Quote page. You will then receive an Exact Quote telling you what your translation will cost and the turnaround time. You can place your order using that same quote.

What if I can only provide a paper document?
In this case you can obtain an Approximate Quote by clicking on Quick Quote and entering the information you have. Once we receive the paper original we will provide you with an Exact Quote in less than 24 hours, which you can then use to order your translation.

Do prices vary according to subject area?
As our price list demonstrates, costs do not change based on subject area. For more information, please see Our Services .

¿What does it cost to edit, proof-read and localize my document?
The cost will depend on the quality of the translated document you provide us. You can contact one of our Project Managers for an exact quote.

What is the Price for a Sworn Translation?

Web Page/Site Translation
The price to translate Web pages/sites is 0.13$ per word, the same as for all electronic documents.

What if my translation is URGENT?
You can calculate the price and the turnaround time for your URGENT translation using the Quick Quote form: You will have your URGENT document in a third of the time it takes for a standard one, at a 50% additional charge.

What if my translation is EXTRA URGENT ?

What is the Minimum Fee?
