Secure Server Technology
Our secure server software is based on SSL, the industry standard for secure commerce over the Internet. This software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, card holder's name and address, so that no one can intercept this information while it travels over the Internet.

In order to gaurantee maximum safety and security for our clients, our server is located in the US. In agreement with US law, all SSL communications with our server inside the U.S. will use the most secure level of encryption currently available for commercial use (RSA RC4 with a 128 bit key).

We gaurantee that all of your transactions with Orchestra.es will be 100% safe. You will never pay for unauthorized use of you card as a result of ordering your translation from us.

Conditions:

1. Each country has legislation which determines the maximum amount of money which your bank holds you repsonsible for in the case of fraudulent charges. This amount is usually small ($50.00 in the US, or £50.00 in the UK, or 10.000 Pts. in Spain). Orchestra.es will cover this liablity up to the full amount established by law only if the unauthorized use of your card resulted through no fault of your own when ordering with Orchestra.es, and while using our secure server.

2. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

I prefer not to use my credit card on the Internet
If this is the case, just follow the procedures for creating your Personal Account, but where it asks for your credit card information, enter the last 5 digits only. Once your account has been created, we wil need the following information: 1). The remaining 11 digits of you credit card 2).The expiration date and 3). The cardholder's name, exactly as it appears on the card. You can provide this information to us either by:
