Invoicing

You should know that we:

1) Never ask for payment in advance.

2) Never charge until we have sent the finished translation. You will receive a message from us telling you when you can download the document from your Personal Account.

3) If you cancel an order:

There is no charge as long as you do so within 1 HOUR of the time you placed it.

If more than 1 hour has passed, it is still possible to cancel your order, though you will be responsible for whatever costs Orchestra.es has incurred up to that time.
