To cancel an order, all you need to do is go to your Personal Account and select the documents or project you wish to cancel, and just follow the instructions. There is no charge to cancel as long as you do so WITHIN 1 HOUR of the time the order was placed. If more than 1 hour has passed when you cancel your order, you will be responsible for whatever costs Orchestra.es has incurred up to that time.
