You can
order your translation* in one of two ways:
1.- Online,
with our convenient service Order Now. It will
take less than a minute to obtain a Quick Quote which you can
then use to order your translation.
2.-By personally
contacting one of our Project Managers, to assist
you with your translation project.
*Please keep
in mind that what Orchestra.es offers is a service through which
clients can manage and supervise their translations online--we
do not generate your translations automatically using software.
All translations are provided by a team of translators and editors
working in our office in Madrid.

Order
your translations online
You can order your translation online using our convenient service
Order Now. This service will guide you through
the process with a few, easy to follow instructions which you
can see in the graph below.
The graph
also illustrates the differences in the ordering process for electronic
documents vs. paper documents . If your document is in electronic
format we can deliver an exact quote immediately, whereas for
paper documents we will need to count the number of words first
before we can deliver a quote.
You will
place all orders following the process in Order Now
regardless of what format your documents are in.
What
happens after I've placed my order?
Once we've analized your order, your Personal Account Manager
will contact you to inform you on its progress.
How
do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, go to your Personal Account and select the
document(s) or project(s) you wish to cancel, and then follow
the instructions. There is no charge to cancel as long as you
do so WITHIN 1 HOUR of the time you placed the order.
If more than 1 hour has passed when you cancel your order you
will be responsible for whatever costs Orchestra.es has incurred
up to that time.
How
does Orchestra.es calculate a Quick Quote? (Exact or Approximate)
We calculate your quote using the information about your documents
that you provide when you fill out the form. Our system automactically
processes this information and delivers your quote in a matter
of seconds. How valid the quote is will depend on the accuracy
of the information you provide, which we always verify before
we begin any translation.
What
is the difference between an Exact and an Approximate Quick Quote?
If your documents are in electronic format you will automatically
obtain an Exact Quote, i.e., a guaranteed price for which we will
translate them.
If your document is on paper, you will receive an Approximate
Quote that givies a general idea of what the translation will
cost. Once we receive the paper original and perform a word count,
we will provide you with an Exact Quote in less than 24 hours
which you can then use to order your translation.
And
lf the Quick Quote I receive is incorrect?
If for some reason we've made a mistake in calculating your Quick
Quote, we will send you an email explaining what went wrong and
attach a new Quote for that translation. Such errors are infrequent,
occurring primarily when information has been entered incorrectly.

Can
I order several translations at once?
You can order translations by the truckload if you need. All we
ask is that all documents are in the same format (electronic or
paper), and that each one forms part of the same project.
For a new set of documents, we ask that you begin a new project.
To add documents to a project already in progress, please contact...
Do
I need a Project Manager?
If your translation project has some complicated twists and turns,
if you're having trouble getting started, if you need services
different from those provided in Order Now, or
you'd like them to be a little more personalized, the answer is
probably YES.
Please don't hesitate to contact one of our Project
Managers either by phone: +34 913 990 176 or email.
