What information do we collect?

• When you create a Personal Account with Orchestra.es, we store the following information in order to process your request: name, company, address, email address and credit card information.

• When you fill out our customer survey the answers you provide are used for statistical purposes only. These surveys are always anonymous.

• Above all, to process your orders and to keep your account up-to-date.

• Every so often we will contact you to inform you about important functionality changes on our Web site, improvements in our services and special promotions that we think might interest you. If you'd rather not receive this information, you can choose to have your name removed from our database as explained at the bottom of this page.

• We use the banking information we collect exclusively to: verify that it is correct (account number, expiration date and card holder's name) and in order to collect payment for the services provided.

• Orchestra.es will not sell, rent or loan your personal information to anyone. We reserve the right to provide statistics about our customers, sales, site traffic patterns, and general site information, but these statistics will be collective and will never personally identify any of our clients.

How Orchestra.es protects your information

And to provide even more security, your credit card information is stored in a computer that cannot be accessed from the Internet.

From the moment you begin using this Web site you accept the privacy policy of Orchestra.es. If we decide to change this policy, we will publish the changes on our Web page so that you are always informed of them.

Confidentiality

1. Orchestra.es wishes to establish a relationship with its clients for the purpose of translating documents or other information that may be private or confidential.

2. All documents sent to us by clients, be they technical, commercial, legal, etc., in nature, and whether provided to us in writting, or in oral, visual, magnetic or any other type of written or readable format, will be designated and treated as Confidential Information.

3. Confidential Information sent to Orchestra.es will be used and stored in a safe, reliable way.

4. Orchestra.es will not provide this Confidential Information neither in part nor in its entirety to a third-party without the client's previous consent.

5. Orchestra.es will not use this Confidential Information for purposes other than translation, proof-reading, editing, or any other activity necessary for, and included in, the translation process.

6. Orchestra.es will limit access to this Confidential Information specifically to those employees and collaborators who are required in the translation process.

7. Orchestra.es will return all Confidential Information provided if the client so wishes. The client will be responsible for covering the cost for this.

If you do not wish to receive email updates from Orchestra.es you can let us know in one of the ways listed below. Once you have done so, we will remove you from our database and will not contact you again for any reason.
